Introduction

Valleluce is a fraction of the Municipality of Sant’Elia Fiumerapido in the Province of Frosinone, located inside a valley hidden trough the hill at 1.5 miles on the North side of Sant’Elia at 1214 feet of altitude. It has always been a peaceful, fascinating and unique place, especially for its landscape, history and culture. It was, in fact, marked in the 1st century AD by presence of the Romans, who built here the famous Roman Aqueduct and in the 10th century by Saint Nilus the Younger who lived for 15 year in the ancient Monastery of Sant’Angelo.

Cultural Associations

The name VAGLIÙ is a homage to our origins, our Fraction, into VAGLIÙ is contained the love for the tradition but it also contains the will to make Valleluce a place to visit, discover, a place where you can live fully. We are proud to present ourselves like an association made entirely and on purpose by young people. Our mission is to enhance our territory, and that’s why we decided to put inside our logo the line art of some of the main trademarks of Valleluce, like the mountains and the bell tower that stands out from the buildings of the village. We gave our Association an innovative and creative imprinting in attempt to get people of all ages involved in every event.
